Comments (English):
We only stayed one night out of three at Charm due to booking arrangements, but in retrospect, we would rather have stayed all three nights at Charm. The other place was too rowdy, crowded, with small rooms. In contrast, the room we had at Charm was, while somewhat spartan, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was good, though as vegetarians we had limited choices. The staff was friendly and helpful, and as we struggled across Brazil speaking our terrible Portuguese, we were grateful for a host who spoke excellent English! This is a safe bet if you want cleanliness, comfort, and capable staff.
