The hotel is pretty good - location, facilities, and close to public transportation. It's easy to go back to my room for a break after extensive walking around all the tourist attractions. I'm impressed to stay in a traditional Chinese house, which is furnished up to the modern standard.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They even helped me go to the bank for money exchange (no such service at the hotel). Kind enough to suggest things to do, checking out local tour group details etc. Though the room was a little pricy for a guy traveling alone, I'm pretty happy with my stay.

The only thing requires improvement is the 'get there' instruction on the website. I was having problem in getting to the hotel door from the subway station. Although the general public in Beijing was nice, they were not able to help me due to the fact that they speak little English and the hotel address given was in English, which they didn't have the slightest clue, and my Mandarin is crappy (sigh!). I end up seeking help from another hotel 5 min away on foot. The front desk staff was kind enough to call Beijing Courtel and asked them to pick me up.

Cchambre agréable mais petite, salle de bains peu pratique, tout cela est parfairement acceptable, par contre beaucouip de laisser aller dans les prestattion, chambre pas faite à fond, les accessoires de salle de bains pas cahngé (torchons, serviettes, produits de douche, ....) Il faut sans cesse réclamer (ouverture de la ligne téléphonique, une bouilloire, les tasses à thé, des verres propres...). Le personnel est très sympathique.
L'hotel est bien situé et calme.
