Comments (English):
The worst hotel that we have in our trip in Italy. It was dirty, the staff has charged money for 2 days instead of one. They are swindler and pilferers, they charged money ones in cache and didn't gave us the check, and second time through credit card without our confirmation about 3 hours after we have left hotel. So I would strongly recommend to not stay here.

Comments (English):
Clean basic accommodation; shared bathroom - which was no bother. Staff helpful. Buses into City centre outside door and easy walk along River Arno to Ponte Vecchio. Good restaurants close.

Comments (English):
This is a great place to stay, the staff are very helpfull and attentive. We had a really great stay, during the week there was not many people there and the various communial spaces make a great place to socialize.
